Who makes professional racket paintjobs! for example a grey racket professionally change into a white racket without changing the weight and specifications of the racket!

Why would you want to do that? I'd check with a local car body shop to do any painting like that. Or one of these stencil companies that put company car logos/murals on the cars.

Why pay big money? Do it yourself! That's a lot of DIY threads here on TT.
But just a quick list of steps:
-Sand, sand, sand
-Primer
-Spray Paint
-Clear Coat Paint
Of course, there's a bunch of cleaning involved. And if you want designs or decals, go to a spot that makes them (I have a spot called the Swap Meet where they have someone make any decal you want for $10). Slap it on after the Spray Paint step, and clear coat over it.
