Which hat has better ventilation?

the Nike Dri-Fit Cotton Hat, or the Nike Men's Sphere Dry Six-Panel Hat? Also with the Dri-Fit being made mostly of cotton would it feel softer and more comftorable than the Sphere Dry hat?
