My girlfriend has just recently begun to take up tennis and she's been using my old Prince tt scream mp. She's decided that she wants a racquet of her own - I don't really have any ideas of where to start besides demoing but I don't know what to have her demo.

She likes the tt scream but I think she could start to use one a bit heavier maybe - but I think she likes the balance (I think it's right around even balance).

Any help would be appreciated!:)

A radical is always a good place to start.

radical, pure drives, wilson n-tour, or blx tour, maybe head youtek speed.

all good choices.

Don't waste the money, just let her keep your Prince.

If she's still playing a year from now, look for one of the sub-$100 bargains here on TW.

Agree with Agent Orynge. Let her keep and play with your racquet. When she gets better at the game, then let her demo other frames. By then, she should know what she wants in the new racquet.

I don't particularly like Prince, but for the money, this is the best deal:

1. Prince O3 Hybrid Hornet Oversize

2. Wilson BLX Pro Team FX

Couple of people I know hit with these racquets and love them.
