Weight of a Racquet

For those of you who are always customizing your racquets, what do you use to weigh a racquet. I would think you need a very sensitive scale so you can differentiate in tenths of ounces.

What do you use? I hope I don't have to use some high tech gadget that costs big bucks.

A digital postal scale purchased from most any office supply store works great.

I also use a postal scale. It weighs to the 0.1oz or in grams. It's a little small, so if a racket won't stand on it's butt cap, some are hard to get to balance well enough to get an accurate weight. These are usually the really large-headed, head heavy rackets.

I use a digital kitchen scale (you know to measure flower and stuff). It might not be perfectly accurate, but I believe it does its job well. I noticed that if you place your racquet on it differently, sometimes the measurements differ 1 or 2 grams, but I think you'll have the same thing happening with a postal scale.
