I'm getting the Head Youtek IG Instinct NP tomorrow with the Head FXP Tour Liquid Blue 16 strings . And the recommended tension for the racquet is 48-57 . I'm want my strings to be not super tight but not loose . Im looking for more power than control but i still want control so i dont want all power just some but a little more than control , but then again i dont want them super tight , and not loose at all .
What string tension would you recommend ?
thanks .
Also what string tension do you string your racquets with ?

That's a pretty powerful racquet there, I wouldn't recommend stringing ANY string below 50, and no non-kevlar/poly under 55.

When I used Head FXP, I strung at 60lbs. Now that I use FXP Power, I string at 55 but I'm considering dropping down to 52.

I'd recommend you try 2 pounds above midrange. So try 55 for starters and see how it goes!

Mains 48#, crosses 52# .... won't be loose at all.
