I'm currently using the Asic Gel Resolutions. A nice shoe for speed and comfort. Though I do have lower back problems from past injuries and will need a new pair of Tennis shoes. With my back issues I need more cushioning, plain and simple. I have a D width and and would like moderate arch support as well as good cushioning. In addition I don't want a real heavy shoe, though I might have to get heavier to get the cushioning I seek. I am will to spend no more than $75 on a pair, though less is better.

Looking for suggestions----

Have you tried just replacing the insoles? There are many good aftermarket insoles for a variety of foot problems. Much cheaper than buying new shoes.

I always thought the Gel Resolutions were extremely cushy.

I'm going to also suggest trying out the Prince T22, as that's a well cushioned shoe. I also like the Yonex shoes for cushioning from impact. They are light too, but not nearly as durable as the Prince T22.
