Return timeframe

Just wondering if returns of new merchandise (racquets, shoes, etc.) have to be made in a certain period of time. i suspect the number is 90 days based on the following (though i can't find a specific requirement on the customer service page):

"All racquets that are not new condition can be returned within 90 days ..."

could someone clarify this?

WHat is it you're returning and why? I would of thought if it's just because you bought the wrong item it'd be less than 90 if they take it back but faulty would be different.

i guess when a question goes unanswered here it's because the answer is right under the person's nose (doh!):

All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 365 days of the Invoice date. Returns and Exchanges received after 365 days will be sent back to the customer and a refund or credit will not be given.
