We have added the ability to sort posts by either last reply (the default) or creation date. Go to your profile and look for "Sort topics by last post".
Thanks, TW Staff

Hehe. Great work, TW is awesome! Now Deuce won't have anything to complain about!
Besides the fonts, that is.

I have to admit that at first, when I read this (and immediately adjusted my settings, of course, to put the topics in order of Creation), then I saw that this Topic was Created BEFORE many of the Topics listed BELOW it, I thought 'Oh, no - it doesn't work!'
But I then realized that 'Announcements' will remain at the top (until they're removed, I assume) - which makes sense.
So I've just checked it out, and it appears that this new addition does indeed function properly. It makes going through the boards a WHOLE HELLOVALOT easier for me (and, I'm sure, for many others). And, those who like it the other way can keep it that way, too. This is perfect - we can now arrange it the way we want, without taking anything away from anyone else. That's all I was ever asking.
Thanks, TW, for doing this. Very much appreciated.
Now for the font size viewing options, please...

Hmm, I'm clearly having trouble with the feature that's supposed to record which posts I've seen and which ones I haven't. It's saying that I've read a lot more than I actually have; it's marking way too little as "unread."

Max - the technologically advanced system assumes that we read EVERY post when we're logged on. For example, if you log on at 6pm, read ONE post, and log off at 6:05pm, then log back on at 6:10pm, the only posts you'll see marked as 'New' will be the posts that were put up since the last time you were logged in - in this example, that would be the posts that were put up between 6:05pm (when you logged off) and 6:10pm (when you logged back on).
It's amazing that people actually lived on this planet without such technological wizardry as this...

Hmm, that's strange. That makes no sense. TW, could you get around to changing that sometime? I really liked the way it was done on the old boards. If not - oh well, I guess. I don't spend as much time on these boards as I used to.

I never log out and sometimes it says I've read every post.
BTW, why is this post still sticky. (In the rants & raves forum. :? )
