I mean WOW! Just now that's what Diego Junqueira hit v Del Potro. I didn't know there were pros that served that slow!

Yep. A forehand winner ;)

And it was a second serve, by the way. A slice spinner out wide to the backhand on the ad side, like most lefties.

It was a first serve! I rewound it and played it again to check because I couldn't believe it! Not sure you're being sarcastic either but he didn't win the point lol. Maybe he hit another 67mph and we're getting them mixed up.

Not following it really closely but don't think he's broken the 100mph mark yet, just double firgures so far that I've noticed

Infact I've just found the stats for the match so far and his fastest serve has been 99mph. Averaging 87mph on 1st serve and 74mph on second

Quite impressive then - to compete at such a high level without having the serve speed that most people think is required for professional tennis.

thats interesting. he must be going for placement. or maybe his motion sucks
