Hello all, I am probably inbetween beginner and intermediate and I've come down to these two racquets as the best choice, which one would you guys suggest? or neither of these for where I am? Thanks!

Both are good. I like the Instinct better--has more heft, but not too much. It has some flex which may save your arm, yet has sufficient power.
