View Full Version : hip/leg internal/external rotation around femoral axis

On forehand (right handed), it seems the right (back) hip internal rotation helps the upper-body uncoilng. The front hip/femur rotates too, external, but it seems happen not volountary... but naturally ..as a balancing action.

The feeling is that rotating unclockwise the upperbody and rotating unclockwise, at the some time, the back leg femur (.. both femurus works too..), the upper-body uncoils quickly and easily.

What do you think about ?

Happy New Year !!
