Did you used to have a one hander? Your contact point is too far away from you.

hey there, iv never had a one hander, is that what you observed in all the videos

You're reaching for it too much, try to hit it closer to the body.

You have to make a decision: you hit with your body or you hit with your arms.
The most powerful easiest 2HBH is hitted with your body, 2 arm close to body and use just a rotation of your body as your main supply of power. By then you will see you hit closer and more a compact mechanic.
Comprehend that first then everything else follow.

People that switch form 1HBH to 2HBH normally don't break their habit:
1HBH is hittted with just the arm, rotating around shoulder, use only linear energy. Their max speed is far out
2HBH is hitted with body rotation ,use mainly rotation energy and linear energy right after contact. their max speed is on the side.
You just do not exactly know which way you are using which mechanic.

fair point. i need to use my body weight more. i have also noticed i dont whip the racket round my back and my left arm is bent
