Another very interesting drill from this week's prac.tice.

A simple way to practice Attacking / Defensive Consistency. In tennis we talk a lot about consistency. And most of the times we associate that with defensive play. Its not. We also need to attack consistently without making low percentage shots.

I like the part about hitting outside the cones, and I like how you have those 2 cones closer for the defender's target, but
I would not teach players to loop balls back to middle when defending. IMO it would be much better to make that shot go crosscourt to the outside of that cone. I would teach going back down the middle only when looking to jam or if it's just all you can do.
