Now that other countries have far more tennis participation and top players, and considering the superpowers in tennis are very different from the 40's, 50's, 60's etc. should they make new, or replace existing grand slams such as French and OZ with Russia or Spain?

How do they decide which events are grand slams?

it has to do with the prize money. the grand slam winners make about E$1,000,000. and Spain and Russia do have masters series events which are pretty big events.
Madrid and Moscow are very good tournaments and perhaps there should be a fifth slam on carpet .... that'd be Madrid for sure and Safin would win it every year because the guy is the best on that stuff.

No, you cant put Wilbledon in Russia or Spain. Tennis was born in England, United States, France and Australia.

You've asked for a world without Wimbledon. Wimbledon would have to go before all the others.
