how old is this racquet line?

what years where they produced from?

They were 3 generations ago I believe: M-fil, then Aerogel, 4D, then Biomimetic.

I remember they were the hotness when I first got into playing, so maybe 2005-2007?

Those had the ugliest grips.

i have been seeing a lot of them brand new still and i was not familiar with that line.

Well hotness as in new. Those candy cane grips were f'ugly though, but easily remedied with a nice leather grip :)

New? That's interesting, although when I browse through my local big box store, NOTHING in there surprises me. I played with the M-fil 300 during high school, and played some of my best tennis with it. I also demoed the 200 which I remember being decent, but well beyond my level.

That might be because they did not sell well.

Those were probably the ugliest racquets that Dunlop came out with.

Yes, an overgrip or a total replacement was a must.
