If you can swing a heavier racket as fast as a lighter racket for a whole match, then it will be "more powerful". Then again you could just get a Prince Classic, string it in gut at 40lbs, and it would be pretty powerful.

I'm not certain about the latest 2012 version. But, according to TW's power/sweetspot comparison tool, the GT version PD+ has more power than the PD, PDR and PDR+. You would think it would be the PDR+, but, it's not. The PD+ has the most power and the biggest sweet spot. Check it out:
