just bought a Slazenger pro braid from TW, thought the price was good. Didn't do much modification, just put on an overgrip and played it for an hour, side by side compared with an old Wilson PS 6.1 95, which the Slazenger was supposed to be very similar to, also a Babolat Aero Storm cortex.

I was very disappointed in the Slazenger. The frame feels flimsy and cheap, plays with "ting" songs on ball contact. The racket feels no ball feel compared to the PS 6.1, and feels no power compare to the Babolat Aeor Storm. God. I almost want to give it away to my partner right away.

No more cheap remakes please.

I'm shocked that you would compare it to an Aero Storm. Those are 2 totally different racquets.

I also bought one after cracking my relatively new Donnay X-Dual Silver. I find that other than the difference in weight it compares very favorably to my Dunlop 200 Tour. My pro braid did generate a very strange noise on my first swing with it. The guy in line behind me thought I broke a string.
