Racket Customizing Question

I've been using the Pure Storm GT for about 4 months and had a question about customization. Since the frame is 1 point head light, I was wondering how to make it more head light? I have 9 grams of lead split between the 3, 9, and 12 on my frame, so I was wondering how much lead to add to the handle to make it more headlight? All of my previous rackets were about 5-7 points headlight.

Just curious, how do the points of "head-lightedness" convert to grams and ounces?
