It says I need a receipt, but I bought the shoes from Tennis Warehouse.

Can I just use the order confirmation that was an email from TW, or is that not enough?

make sure the invoice you attach has the retail price and stuff
I made the mistake once of sending my shoes in with a invoice that didnt have all that stuff and they sent it back without checking
if its tennis warehouse, I'm pretty sure u just send the shoes back to tw with an order confirmation number and they'll replace it right up
