When you remove the foam from a Wilson racquet, how much weight have you removed from the racquet?

I'm trying to make my racquet more head-heavy by about 2 points without altering the swingweight. Will removing foam from the handle help this?

Don't do that.

Just add couple grams to 12 o'clock position.

That's definitely going to increase the swingweight.

You will not know how much foam to remove unless it's thru trial and error. Remove too much and you'll have to add lead tape. If you are trying to move the balance to 2 points less HL, place the top of the racket over a table edge. Find it's balance point, then move that point 1/4 inch back onto the table. See how much tape is required to rebalance it when lead is added to the tip. Or use a balance board. Another possibility is changing grip and overgrip towards lighter mass, which will do the same as removing weight from the handle. That should definitely not increase SW too much whereas lead may/may not depending on how much is added.
