Bought my wife a BLX Pro Open today. The demo she enjoyed so much was strung with NXT 17 at mid tension which is about 58# for this frame. No idea how long the strings had been in there but they looked good and the shop is known for maintaining their demos in good shape.
She prefers a gut poly hybrid like mine. So, I was going to start this one at 58# for the VS Touch mains and 54# for the Focus Hex 18 crosses.
Experienced BLX Pro Open users: does that sound about right? Lower or higher? She plays B Level doubles. Generally hits flat with modest topspin.
