Racquet tension problem

I recently bought 2 identical racquets to be strung at the same tension from TW. They were at least 5 lbs different from each other according to the sound (a minor second apart) and how they played. TW customer service was nice and refunded me the cost of one of the strings. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Please string all the racquets in the same order on the same stringing machine or by the same individual.

Unfortunately due to this incident my husband ordered his racquets from your competitor and all 3 have the same exact tension. Our hitting partners also switched to your competitor for the same reason (they had come to their own conclusion a while ago and we didn't know about it)

Lol I made this username when I was much younger and apparently liked it then. Live and learn! :)

Anyway, TW ppl/boards have been helpful to me I wanted to bring this to TW's attention so they don't lose more customers.
