Alright. I had the elbow and a friend told me of this excersise. :D After a week of doing it my pain was gone. I keep doing the excersise to prevent the pain from coming back.

Stuff you need: one rubber band

Finger Extension. Place a rubber band around all five finger tips. Spread fingers 25 times, repeat 3 times. If resistance is not enough, add a second rubber band or use a rubber band of greater thickness which will provide more resistance.

I tried this exercise a few years ago and it didn't help at all.

If you read the website you would know that you need to ice it and rest it first to reduce inflammation, then start to build up the muscle.

Last month I had tennis elbow. I used frozen vegetable bags, i put them on the underside of my arm for a few hours; pain was gone in two days. I didnt have to wait weeks like some pple said.

this might have been the icing effect, not the veggies.

and you must have had a light bout of TE. beware and protect yourself:

Current Racquet:
Head I radical
Current String/Tension:
67 lbs

Racket's good. Tension quite high. Hope you aren't using polys?
