Anyone else? I have always liked headlight rackets, but since developing light TE(from experimenting with gripsize i think), i have gone towards lighter and even more headlight, stripping the lead of my racket. Still my racket is not a light racket (ps 6.0 95)

if you feel better with no lead, play so. listen to your body.

Head light, flexible and racquet weight of 11 oz or more are the arm friendly specs. Of all these though I would suspect that flexible is the single most arm friendly. Stiff racquets rattle the arm and elbow too much on less than perfect hits.

Check this site out about arm friendly rackets.

I've found that head light and head heavy(er) can each aggravate or alleviate TE symptoms. If you're a player who is sometimes late getting the racquet head into position (usually beginners), then a more head light racquet will help your symptoms because you won't be catching as many balls late and sending such a huge shock through your forearm. If you can get your racquet into position in time consitently, a heavier racquet will usually help because it has more inertia and will be doing more of the work and limiting the amount of stress that's placed on the forearm.
