I say - Yes, he can. Why not?

Murray got to the Wimbledon final this year and had chances to win. He also won the Olympic gold medal AT Wimbledon, beating both Djokovic and Federer in straight sets along the way. So he can definitely do it, IMO. :)

That was 11 years ago. Hard to relate the two, but yes, he could definitely win Wimbledon next year

He can, but is it Windledon or Wimbledon, because I think the first one gives him his best chance.

He is a better grass courter than Djokovic who did win Wimbledon so why not. It is pretty much wide open these days.

Be a lot tougher when Nadal's around.

Why not? Anyone can. I hope he puts pressure on himself to win it because he's not getting any younger. That's besides the point of course, Murray doesn't lack desire and he's shown it again and again. Maybe he needs some errr but one's either born with those or he isn't.

Yes I think he can. Now he's got one out of the way I think he'll win more and there's no reason why that won't be Wimbledon.

I think by the time Wimbledon rolls around, Nadal, Federer and Murray will be the main challengers, with Djokovic as a 4th fave (because it's his weakest surface).

Nadal was around in Wimbledon this year.

Whenever people don't see him in the final of any slam, people assume he must have pulled out with tendinitis.

Remember Rosol?

I think not. WTF, Roger. AO, Murray or Novak. RG, Rafael. Wimbledon, Roger. USO, New Kid On The Block, just like when Safin, Roddick, Hewitt and most recently Delpo won their maiden slam at the USO. Murray is the geezer here.:)

I think he can. You've got to figure he just shook off every demon he has, and he's a great grass court player.

Would love to see 2013 go something like...Rafa wins AO, Djokovic wins RG, Murray wins Wimby, Roger wins USO.

He really good on grass. The competition is way less compared to HC.

He has to deal with Federerer and Nadal. Federer knows how to play Murray regardless of Federer reduced ability, so Nadal would the full threat. Murray needs to luck out against Nadal to win Wimbledon next year.

Djokovic isn't a threat of grass unless he is in 2011 form.

Can? Sure. Will? I don't know if I'd bet on it

I think Murray has a better shot at the Australian Open, to be honest.

If he wins YEC getting to number 1 in the process it could be really similar..

When Federer won Wimbledon in 2003, he won three majors the very next year. Can he do the same now?

It ain't tough if he can't get past the 2nd round.

+1. he beat fed on grass in a gold medal match on center court a week or 2 after losing a draining final to the same man. he beat novak, who's been the hottest player on the atp tour for the past 2 seasons, at the uso. he's got a coach in lendl who doesn't seem like the kind of guy to let his charge just "coast" on past wins.

Federer is 31 years old. Murray is 25. Federer won 3 Slams a year when he was 25 and 26.

Oh, you mean that guy that used to fist pump while raising his leg on every other point, pick his butt on every point, lose to Federer every year at the WTF, and retired a long time ago? That guy?
