lately like after i play a match my shoulder starts to hurt really bad and i can barely move it and i put icy/hot on it but nothing has been working and like 6 yrs ago i broke my collar bone twice (the same arm) could this have anything to do with this because i am just in agonizing pain
The pain starts to feel better once i start playing but after every brake it takes that much more energy to get back up and start playing again.

having had that problem years ago, go to an orthopedic surgeon, as it might be related.

yeah go get it checked up, my partner had the same problem and he had to get some rehab on it or his other option was surgery. so you should definetly get it looked at before it gets more serious

Agreed, its obvious you need to go seek a specialist. I had problems like this as well, turns out I need an operation in my bursa. While your problem may not be as serious/require surgery, you most definitely need to go to a doctor and some PT. Do this ASAP or you really risk a serious outcome like I did (I waited too long to se a doctor and I got alot of internal scars, improper healing which requires surgery to fix now, btw alot of that was from pitching in baseball not tennis, just reaggravated from tennis serving).

The reason your getting shoulder pain on serves and overheads is stretching.
Before you start a match make sure you stretch. You will feel looser and more agile; you'll move better with comfort because the muscles are stretched and ready to get to business.

That's a yes and no to the stretching advice. Stretching is very good for tennis, but not before you're properly warmed up. Do a few laps around the tennis court or hit a few balls, not serves, with your partner and get that heart rate up. Stretching cold muscles will lead to injury so make sure you're thoroughly warmed up before you stretch.
