Anyone ever been to Indian Wells? How are the lodge seats? I imagine the highest section of the main stadium to be still enjoyable since it's not Arthur Ashe Stadium :p . Here is a link to how the seats look.

Will I be able to see plenty of action from the lodge seats? Thanks.

Loge sucks.

Either pay for the good seats in the stadium, or go to the earlier rounds and stay on the outside courts.

unfortunately i wont be able to attend the earlier rounds since im at uni. already missed a few days for the us open. would you choose stadium box seats, courtsides, or front row? seems like club seats are the most expensive even though they are not as close as the aforementioned. but front row seats, you dont get much height on the view, so that can be kind of disadvantageous to my view. :p

There's a "Tennis Travel" thread in here somewhere. If you don't get the answers you want in this thread, you might want to try that.

A friend of mine goes, and she doesn't sit courtside, but still in the stadium, and she said she had great seats and enjoyed herself very much.

Box seats are the only way to go, or get a VIP suite.

Thanks for finding my thread, oddjack. I thought it got deleted so I made another one. Also, is there anyway to guarantee seats behind the baseline? On the Indian Wells website, it says best available seats will be assigned.

I prefer the VIP suite as they serve Merlot and wonderful crab cakes and I got to hobnob with Gwen Stefani.

Can't afford that, but you're one lucky guy. :)

Want to buy the mini package (9 sessions) but all my tennis friends including gf, thinks it's too expensive and don't want to shell out that amount. But I feel that it may be the last time for me to see Rafa or Fed before either of them retires. If none of them wants to go, I don't really care. I have never seen either of them live. It's a chance of a lifetime for me, so am really raring to go.

You're one lucky guy. That's too expensive for me. $800 is my limit. Am not that rich. Plus hotel accommodations, so VIP seats too much.
