Djokovic was serving out of his mind, never seen him do an ace game before:

Amazing to do it even one time. Federer has done it at least 3x.

put in a little wind and he could barely hit the balls

very good. I think he did it against Fish too, back in 2007. I just can't remember. I think he was down 0:40 and served 4 aces.

Very nice. He was definitely in the zone during this match.

Amazing, especially from Djokovic who doesn't tend to go for lines

1) THis is not the first time Djokovic has done it
2) Who gives a rats ***** about Federer (in this thread)?

wait dr325i, too much common sense from you. common sense is not really allowed on TW :).

now, ***/130 will probably show up and tell us how Rafa did this too

Seeing Novak playing this well makes it worse considering what transpired some weeks back. :(

The weather did indeed screwed Novak this year.

Lol, Rafa has never done this with his crappy junior's serve. Also I don't know if Melzer was tanking at this point or what because even I could have returned the first ace.

Rafa came damn near close to doing it to Djokovic at either the 2010 or 11 USO. Novak was sooo ****ed after that game :) If I felt like digging through highlights id find it.

Who cares. This was Melzer he was playing. Big deal.

You should know by now that every post on TW degenerates into a Federer thread.

Damn near close means nothing in sports. In fact, 3 aces out of 4 would be 75%, practically a failing grade. But I guess that'll have to suffice for Rafa and his fans.

I understand what you mean, this thread has nothing to do with Fed but surely you should feel the same way about the video of Boris Becker??

But on topic, unusual for Nole to serve like that, but those serves were just unstoppable

That was nice, but it looked as Melzer was drinking a cup of tea instead of playing tennis. Djokovic couldn't do that if on the other side there was Murray, Nadal, Ferrer or Djokovic (!)
