The big difference is in swingweight. TWE lists the unstrung swingweight for the 6.1 95 lightweight version and the strung swingweight for the PS95. The lightweight 6.1 95 has a strung swingweight around 330 and the PS 95 around 305. Huge difference, mostly in terms of inherent power, stability and probably swingspeed.

The 6.1 95 is also stiffer in the throat (higher RDC flex number) and in the head (thicker beam width).

Based on the weight distribution, you would probably find that the 6.1 95 feels more substantial and maybe sluggish on groundstrokes, while the PS 95 will feel fast and whippy, but maybe flimsy without some leadtape.

The PS95 has classic, rich feel while the 6.1 95 lightweight version feels rather stiff, muted and harsh. Without the extra handle weight of the heavier version, I found the lightweight version to feel much like any other tweener.
