I am just getting back to tennis after a 15 year gap. My old Prince Graphite 2 MP is too heavy at over 12oz for my achy shoulder and I was advised by my proshop to try the Volkl Organix V1 MP. It felt very easy and the power from the baseline was controllable, nice pop etc. H:?owever I also see the PB V1 on sale for $99. Is there a significant difference? I have also tried several other frames, Babys, Heads etc but the Volk felt the best.

Volley, I have not hit the Organix MP V1, but just shipped back demos on the PB MP V1, and the Classic V1. I liked the PB V1 better than the Classic, and thought it was a good frame. I'm sure there are some small changes that some might think are important, but the PB is just an earlier model of the same racket. It should do what you want, and i think is a good buy for $99.

I have a PB and the organix - both oversize. While I love the PB, it is not quite as dampened as the organix. My vote - try the organix and see if you agree; but if you have joint issues, go for the organix.
