Which one is better. Looking for to increase my swing speed on groundstrokes. The Bio 200 tour might be for sale soon, its just too heavy for me.

Yes, I have the Bio 200 Tour, its a stick for the Terminator. Hate to admit not enough muscle for it.

Looking to try out a 100 size frame, too many off center hits on lobs, volleys. 2.5 player here.

Big SW (345) on that one...You need muscle, advanced strokes and fast hands

500T's are lighter than 400's. Stiffer also.
500's are really light, but drastically get heavier if you slide your hand all the way down to the buttcap. SW, that is.

I own Bio 400T and recently ordered Bio 500T, so when it arrives i will post some thoughts about differences.

I got a chance to hit with the Bio 300T last night and really liked it over my Bio 200. The 97 square head size seemed just right and the lower SW did not hurt at all vs big hitters as I could prepare for the shot earlier vs my Bio 200. I did order a new Bio 400 T as I found one for 100 bucks shipped and strung, cant turn that down.

Been playing the Dunlop 400T for the last few months. Love to hear your impressions.

I'm demo'ing the F3.0 Tour. First time I've used an 11.5 oz racket. I haven't played a match. But in hitting, I've found it solid and relatively maneuverable. I need to play with in a match. Then when you're scrambling you'll either be ok with it, or struggle with the weight.

I dont like the head shape of the new F3.0 Tour or any of the new Dunlops that came out. I like the Bio 300T so much I might end up buying 2.

Only novice can judge a racket after 3 hitting days.
You have to adapt to the new racket, you swing, your prep, your stance, your timing your STRATEGY!

Bio 200 Lite..... Love that frame.... Check the used frames section.

Agreed...demoed the 400T and 500T...both are way too unstable in stock form.

Try the Bio 200 Lite...doesn't have the power of the other two but with the stability it offers it is so much better than the two you mention.

BBB,

Dude... just read your sig....so sorry about your knee. Take your time coming back. Do the rehab right and you will be good as new if all goes well. Find the best knee doctor you can. Best of luck.. :-(

BTW.. I love the 400T stock. Of course I play very few heavy hitters these days. If I was playing 4.5 or up.. I could see adding the lead. Fine for me at my level and age.

Just got the Bio 400T today. That is one big sweetspot there, came prestrung with Silk and the response was OK as I think Silk is a terrible tinny feeling string. It is an extremely forgiving racquet and is much more suited to my 2.5 game than my Dunlop 200s which I will probably sell both of.

The 400T our is really easy to swing. Nice sweetspot. Good blend of power and control. The 400 Tour seems like a frame from suited to your skills. It is not impossible to play well with the 200 or the 200 Tour.. but you will win more matches with the 400 Tour and have more fun.

I just got the Bio 500T today, have not had the chance to swing with it at the court yet. My 1st impression is that it swings with less ease than the 400T and has a stiffer response. Does not feel like a 11 ounce racquet. Not liking it so far, glad I only paid 109 bucks for it cause I might just sell it and stick with the 400T which I love.

If you are solely a baseliner, can't do any better than 400t or 200 lite. If you are an all court player I'd probably look to a different line of rackets.

And a quick note -- if you hit a slice backhand ever the 200 lite is much better than the 400 t. if you love ripping forehands id go with the 400 t.

Thanks for the info, I'll check out the 200 lite next. I'm becoming a Dunlop collector.

Bio 500T have very different balance from Bio 400T. But it still swings easy on the court. So far i prefer 400T, but next week i will try 500T with full poly and i'm really intereseted how it will perform.
Btw i'm thinking about getting 200 Lite too, I like the specs and it's very cheap in my country right now.
