my heal or achilles tendon

when i start running my achilles tendon starts to hurt like really bad and i dont know why... i run on my toes and everything but like during a match or even if im at home playing basketball or playing baseball it starts to hurt...

do any of you have the same problem? what did u do? how long did it take?
