Adidas Warrenty

Anyone had problems getting there warrenty replacement? I sent my Barricade 3's out about 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them, I requested the online gift certificate and wonderd how long this takes?

I'm trying to send in my Barricade 2's. It's been a week and some odd hours. No reply.

They said they would give me a gift certificate worth the value of the shoes and shipping cost for there online store.

i was told that they dont give certificates for your shoes...i could be wrong.

Anyhow, the ETA for return takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks. If you havent receive anything within that time frame, Adidas most likely screw up (happen to me before...more than once). In that case, call their return center 1-800-448-1796 (make sure you call this and no other phone number) and they can look up your status.

When i call them, they were really helpful and responsive. They ended up 2-day-ing my shoes to me.

Just called today and they got my shoes and i should receive my online credit by the end of the week.

That's good news. How worn out were your shoes?

well it wasent the soles it was the piece on the top of the shoe around the toe that was coming undone, i dont even think they sew that part down might be just ironed on.
