I think I screwed up the lower left part of my back somehow during a tournament. It started hurting like crazy after I hit a serve and then I could hardly run to get to my opponent's return. In a later match, I thought the pain had gone away because I didn't feel it at all during the beginning of the match, but when I tried to rip a short ball for a winner the pain came back again. I tried resting a day before practicing again, but it didn't help much. I tried doing some footwork instead but when I did sprints my back hurt again. I think that I might have pulled something, but I don't know how to stretch that area. Does anyone have any advice or know some good stretches that might help?
