Hi,
Yesterday night, I suddenly felt a slight pain when I walk. The pain is located right above my achilles tendon and below my calf muscle on the fibula side of my leg. It only hurts when I walk down/up the stairs, and when I am on my toes(for running and such). It seems like I must have hurt a tendon or something to that extent. I play tennis 2-4 hours a day 7 days a week, and this is the first time this has happened. I played tennis today with this condition and I tried my best not to run, but every so often, I would feel a numbing pain (not painful, but irregular feeling). I noticed that yesterday, I was running a lot for dropshots at full speed and stopping abruptly to avoid the net cord, which might have triggered it. Does anybody know what I am talking about? And what would be the best way for me to make a quick recovery?
