Tell me what you think. It's been cold lately so that is why I'm wearing sweats and pajamas. Racquet is a prestige MP strung with rpm team at 45lbs

Any thoughts? Especially on the feet.

Nice jammies! :)

Backhand looks good to me, though I am a one handed backhand guy, may not be the best judge. Forehand stroke looks good, maybe try loading/hitting off the outside leg

I've been taught to hit with a closed stance whenever I get the chance, but when I'm stretched out wide I'll hit open.

A tip for next time: you may want to get the angle from behind too if possible, and maybe more than just one shot. I'd say ~2 minutes of continuous video is optimal!

Your forehand is a very nice, fluid shot, but it seems to be 65% arm. You could use a bit more loading of the hips and shoulders.

Backhand: It looks solid to me, perhaps a hitch in your swing in the takeback. But perhaps I'm not knowledgeable enough to comment on your bh!

Your footwork -- can't really say from two shots, again referring to my first point -- a good nonstop 2 minutes of a hitting session will tell us a lot more.

Hope this helps!

Sounds good. I feel like the forehand loading is hard to see because of the closed stance. I'll try to get more footage, but it's tough because I rarely ever have a third person who can do these quick vids

If so, you can try mounting your camera; even duct tape can go a long way

Oh yes I did mean to say that if you want comments on footwork, you should post more footage :)

But yeah, nice fluid strokes!

found this on my phone too. It's only a backhand, but it should give a little more insight. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3GyvA2Gonk&list=UUY2BclNaENFiDxjh6hf6WyQ&playnext=1&feature=autoplay

This is my opinion too on your forehand. Try to move your hip towards the ball first and then let your arm follow.

I see a lot of teenage tennis players wearing PJ pants now. What gives?
