Does anyone have a link to those Lose 10 pounds in 10 days things. It shows you everything you should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help you lose weight. I figure 10 pounds in 10 days is a lot from just eating well, so if I put in exersising, I think it is possible. So, does anyone have a link to a site? I saw one before, but I am a little lazy right now to search for it. I am sure Marius Hancu, A.K.A. Health and Fitness professinal, can help me out here.

No, not that. Doesn't have to be 10 days... Can be 2 weeks, can be 20 in 1 month, but some rapid weight loss site.

It's really unhealthy to lose that much weight in 10 days. You would be losing more muscle weight than fat weight. You'll be more than likely to gain that weight back. A more practical and healthier way to lose weight is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Remember to not only do cardio, but to do some strength as well to keep em muscles.

About the muscles, I am only 14, so it is still unhealthy for me to do a lot of weight training. At least that is what my parents say. Is it true that it can stop me from growing??

if you weight train in moderation, twice, maybe 3 times a week, it will be great for you, just dont overdo it, undertrain rather than overtrain.
