Food cravings

How do you stop them?
Also, I have "eat out" for lunch two days a week because I live too far away from where I go to college to go home and eat. Soooo, is Subway really a better option than anywhere else? It's gotta be better than the fried food from the school's restaurant.

Subway is probably better than all fast food. But couldnt you go to a supermarket and pick some fresh fruits, vegetables, and tuna and fix yourself a healthy lunch? Eating out isn't all that bad as long as you eat in moderation.
