It looks like you are opening up too soon, try keeping closed for a little bit longer.

Generally this serve look ok.
How about a little more shoulder rotation. Also getting the racket a little further back to allow more distance to generate power on the forward swing. This may involve having to change the whole back swing procedure. Maybe we also need a slightly higher contact point so that we can straighten out your body through the shot.
Maybe these alterations could turn your serve into a big(ger) weapon!!??
These are just my thoughts - whether they are right or are possible to trial out is another story.
