I only can help you telling you that im pretty sure the n6.1 has more power.

I have one, and I was surprised of its power. I didn't used a Prestige, but I know it's a little heavier and hard to get powered. Hope it helps..

no! the lm prestige mp is lighter than the nsix-one 95 buddy.i think both have a good amount of power, maybe more with the wilson. i would hit lots of balls long with that stick sort of randomly, like it was tempermental. im using the volkl tour 10 gen 2 which is so nice and worth a demo

You're right, the Prestige is lighter. Sorry.

the prestige definitely feels like it swings lighter than the n6.1. n6.1 has more muted feel w/ more power and more spin. lm prestige mp had better control but felt jarring on off-center shots, or shots hit in the upper hoop. n6.1 felt more stable in the upper hoop, and more foregiving on off center hits.

I wouldn't worry about it yet :) You need to play with the Prestige and make your own decision. I hit extensively with the 6.1 and LM Prestige MP and the 6.1 had more power and less comfort (but swung heavier than the Prestige). The Prestige had much better control and feel with sufficient power. With the right string setup the Prestige can generate more than enough spin also. They are both good frames.

I think you should do a search in rackets category, as I am sure you will find many threads relating the two, even if not so directly.
However, I have played with both. The n6.1 has better power, feel, and spin. The LMP has awesome control, but I found it very difficult to get good pace on the ball. I don't think the two rackets really play much alike at all. The n6.1 is more user-friendly (but definitly a player's frame) allowing slight mishits and better spin. They both have great penetration through the ball, though. I would say, due to the balances and string patterns, the n6.1 is better for people who like to hit more topspin and probably all-courters, while the LMP is more likely suited for big hitters who like the baseline and can weild that type of frame shot after shot.

If you like the heftiness of the 61 and the control of the Prestige, the 61 18x20 might be good. It's right up the middle with power and, IMO, same control as the Prestige.

I was actually demo'ing these 2 frames and found the Prestige to have less pop, but more control. The frame also flex's more than the 6.1

Prestige MP has a 'little' weakness, a critical weight/headlightness ratio, just like 300G.

The 98' hoop give pop sure, but with this weight/balance combo don't expect great punch, nowhere near to Wilson 6.1.
