Just as start point, I think you could start to exclude the ones built with fiberglass (even partially).

Yonex RD-7. Other Yonexs may fit the bill, but this is the only one I can vouch for. More flexible than I had been led to believe, particularly in the shaft. However, ball control and response are still spot-on and quite crispy. Very, very nice frame.

i would describe a couple of the volkls that way....the T10Gen1 a bit firmer in the hoop but flexy elsewhere..the T10MP-VE with a flexy layup with fiberglass, but the V stiffens the throat

Not that I'm aware of. So since you've already identified the PS 6.0 95 as being both flexible and crisp, why not just use that one?

The Pro Kennex Laver Heritage series of frames fits that description, IMO. They're a graphite/kevlar blend like many of the Pro Staff racquets.
