I sent a racquet UPS Next Day Air to Texas from California and buyer never received. Tracking showed that UPS had declared it missing or damaged. Does anyone know if they will cover a portion of the cost? Buyer paid $65, I mailed promptly and the carrier lost or destroyed the racquet...perhaps owing somewhat to hurricane Katrina...not sure.
