I am a member of a popular online running shoe store and they always publish the fit of every shoe they sell. For instance, men's sizes - fit one-half size larger than your street shoe. These guys are dead on. I didn't believe them at first and my shoes were too large. I wish TW could do that with shoes as well. For example, I was told that Diadoras run a half size large--definitely helpful information.

TW already does this. If you read the descriptions on each shoe page, they state the fit of the shoes and recommend if you should buy your normal size, a half size larger or a half size smaller.
