Dear TW,

Yesterday I ordered 4 packets of Tournagrip, and before ordering I used the shipping calculator. Hmmm, shipping is $7.50, delivery time 1-2 weeks.
Not too bad, but shipping feels a little high for such a small/light package. Still bearable, considering one single packet of Tournagrip's costs about $8.50here in Sweden. OK, so I go ahead and order.... Then, in the confirmation letter sent to my email, I read this:

"You can expect to receive your
package within 3-6 weeks after it departs from our warehouse."

This is the part that got me a little ticked off. Wouldn't it be quicker AND cheaper to use USPS? And, please have fair information regarding shipping time, so it doesn't say 1-2 weeks before you order, and then upon confirmation the "truth" of an actual 3-6 weeks delivery time reveals itself. That's a big difference. Thank you,


P.S No, I do not want to cancel my order :) But I sure as h*ck hope I don't have to wait 6 weeks for it

We do not use USPS due to the lack of tracking ability and the amount of lost packages resulting from using that service.

Sorry for the misinformation regarding shipping time, we will have this corrected ASAP.

Our international department will email you describing the shipping situation in greater detail and provide you with a contact if you have any further questions.
