Anybody out there that uses this setup, please let me know how much the strings move on your racquet. I have heard varied reports, and I would like to know before stringing up my Wilson ncode six-one tours.

good job on helping him. well gut mains will definitely have some pop to it but the durability is an issue. Poly maines are used mainly because you can swing out and the ball will stay in, that and the added power of the guts as the crosses.

On my 2 O3 Reds, I have hybrid of VS gut and Hurricane. On one the VS are the mains and vice-versa on the other. I like the gut on the mains, because it was a little easier on my shoulders. It also did not move around much but I tend to hit flat.

The biggest diff I felt when going from Poly Mains to Poly Crosses was the increase in comfort, while suffering no apparent loss in spin control. Durability so far has not been lost at all, but then again I don't use poly for durability and never string for that purpose alone.
