I need high quality wood rackets with 4 3/8 grips or smaller. I play with them. I don't hang them in Chili's. My wrist is injuried and wood rackets are the only ones that don't reinjury my wrist. I want tournament grade rackets like Dunlop's Maxply Fort or high end Jack Kramers.

Thanks

You can get new wood racquets. They come up for sale quite often on ****. I just bought a new Jack Kramer Mid wood two days ago. I am waiting for delivery. There is a new Jack Kramer autograph and a Maxply also. You just have to be a little patient. There is also a guy who specializes in wood racquets. I think his web site is woodtennis.com or something similar. If you try google he comes up pretty quickly.

Joe Schartman has woodtennis.com. He's a great guy to deal with. I'm sure he has the rackets you mentioned. He's fair on pricing too. Also, I've seen a couple of Vital Gerulitis rackets on e Bay recently too.

Hi DMastous,

Yes, there are still some brand new Wood Racquets out there. I myself own 5 brand new never used Wilson Jack Kramer Pro Staff Frames. So although they are not common they still do exist.

Mind you they are not for sale at this time, but I just wanted to say that some are still out there if you are fortunate enough to find them.

Hope all is well,
John
