One Hand Backhand Returns - Help!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!! One handers in my league (4.0-4.5) generally get killed returning serve, especially in doubles. Can anyone recommend a site with video, or give general advice on how best to return big serves by coming over the ball with a 1 hand backhand???? And please, something better than "block it back". Thanks
