Anyone out there hit with Polylon SP 17. Its RacquetTECH's highest rated poly outside of a few poly/gut hybrids and rated ahead of a lot of highly thought of multis like NRG2 and NXT. Is it that good? And if so why is TW selling 660' reels for $49.99? Any feedback is appreciated.

John,

I have heard nothing but positive feeback from folks on this site (TW) and some local players. $49.99 sounds like a deal to be sure. I am sure many of the members of the board that have stringing business will chime in.

Regards,
Steve

I'm intrigued. I almost impulse bought a reel just cause i felt like it :(

I wonder how it compares to other performance polyesters? Basic polyesters?
I'm hoping someone with a very broad test base will chime in.

I'd be especially interested on comparisons to:
Babolat Hurricane
Luxilon TiMO/ALU
Babolat Polymono

Prince Polygut
Gosen Polylon (Ice)

If it's anything like the original polylon (and Polylon Ice) i'm not really interested. If it is like anything else i've mentioned. I'm in :)

I'm looking for a replacement for the Wilson Polylast i used to like so much :(
