Yesterday, I asked the following:
"Prince Topspin (w/Duraflex) or Topspin Plus, which is better and why?"
Didn't get much answers. This is a different question. Maybe this one will get more resplies. I hope.

As a lifelong user of Prince SynGut i have to say it's one of the best-value strings around. It has great feel, good access to power and spin, though it's durability (at least for me) leaves something to be desired. In my opinion, TopSpin's only selling point is that it does help to generate a bit more spin; in that respect it does what its name implies. But i've found that the feel leaves a lot to be desired, and as such doesn't counterbalance the extra spin produced to control your shots. In other words, if all you do is sit at the baseline and hit topspin/slice shots, then it might do the trick for you. But if you volley at all, or hit shots that rely on good feel (precise passing shots, e.g.) then I'd stick with the Duraflex. Hope this helps!

I tried it on a hybrid one time. Synthtic Gut Crosses/ Topspin mains. It was awesome. Excellent value.

What do you like in your string? Why not try both and give us a review.
