I'm thinking of buying a Gosen Polylon SP 17 reel.

It's very low cost in reel form.

Has anyone tried this poly?

Great link, barry. Gives me a little hope for this string ;)
I was never a HUGE fan of either of the earlier polylons, haven't tried comfort before.

I used it in a HyperSlegdeHammer 2.8 and it held up to the abuse of Hard_tru and Red Clay for well over twenty hours. It's comfort was in the range of 15L psd with much better control and resistant to string movement.

The review says that the price for this string starts at $4.50. So why is it $7.99 at TW?

for those of you that used it, was it a full job or a hybrid?
